Moving often uncovers a few communication mysteries, but this past week we found ourselves in a full-blown whodunit—with surprise clues popping up everywhere!
We have learned of various letters, packages, emails, and phone messages that have gone missing between sender and receipt. Apparently this has been happening periodically since we relocated offices earlier this year--but we were completely unaware of the issues until this past week.

We typically acknowledge correspondence within one week and return calls within 2-3 days. If you haven't heard from us within that time frame, it's likely we did not receive your message.
